Teaching Methodology

Our School put much emphasis on creative methods not the cramming methods of teaching. Some innovative methods like demonstration methods in science and geography, direct method of teaching in English, odiya, sanskit and hindi, analysis-synthesis, in deductive-deductive, trial-error methods in mathematics are properly implemented by our Vidya Mandir. Use of projects, computers, CD’s is the basis of our education.

Teacher’s training and personality development camp

Every year teachers training program is organized by Vidya Mandir for the development, teaching skill of our teachers. Resource person from different subject areas like mathematics, Sanskrit, hindi, odiya come to teach trainee. Besides vidya mandir is introduced its training on lesson plan, instructional objective, micro teaching skill, demonstration skill and other reinforcement skill, probing skill for the development of the quality of teachers. Further, our founder Pujyapad Sri Swamiji Maharaj gives us moral teaching on every evening session to change attitudes of teachers.
